- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date will incur a 25% cancellation fee (25% of your total reservation amount.)
- Cancellations made 30 days or less from the rental date will forfeit the entire rental amount.
- Date Changes will be honored if made more than 30 days prior to the occupancy date and we are able to accommodate those dates.
