This 422-acre park is so close to home, you can walk there. The walking/bike trail meanders along the Koshkonong Creek between the Village of Cambridge and the historic Village of Rockdale (the smallest incorporated village in WI). This park has three separate use areas with shelter facilities and play areas. The trails are fantastic for biking, mountain biking, hiking, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. Access to the trail is located right in downtown Cambridge and less than a mile from the Victorian. The trail will take you through Camrock Park until you hit the tiny town of Rockdale. Once you make it to Rockdale, have a refreshment at Rockdale Bar & Grill, turn around and come back to Cambridge. It’s about a 4 mile trek there and back. More info here.
